National level workshop on Artificial intelligence and Machine learning

ABOUT WORKSHOP

Artificial intelligence (AI) is the simulation of human intelligence processes by machines, especially computer systems. These processes include learning, reasoning and self-correction. Particular applications of AI include expert systems, speech recognition and machine vision. Machine Learning (ML) is a subset of Artificial Intelligence. ML is the science of designing and applying algorithms that are able to learn things from past cases. The ultimate goal of AI and ML is in its ability to produce systems that are used regularly in industry, education, and elsewhere. This workshop paves a path to understand the difference between AI & ML and apply the principles of both in a real-time scenario.

V-TAPP 2019

V-TAPP is VIT-AP’s carnival for igniting young minds towards technical advancements. After the glorious launch last year, this year we are scaling further heights by creating two – day long events that will cater to the young minds to flaunt their own innovative creations in the field of technology.

This year V-TAPP will be held from March 9th & March 10th, 2019 at Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh. This year, the events will range from Hack-a-thons, Make-a-thons, Idea-a-thons, Code-a-thons, workshops, to technical competitions and tech-talks on varied current topics relevant to the present times. This would provide a valid ground for students across the country to showcase their talents in the field of technology by taking part in the technical events and also increase their knowledge from the hands of experts who take the lead. Apart from all the technical events there are exciting non-technical events like photography, short film making and many more where the students can showcase their talent.
