BBA Scholarships
BBA | BBA Business Analytics | Admissions Process | Scholarships
We are in turbulent and uncertain times. Our stakeholders are our prime concern. With due consideration to the COVID-19 situation, we have modified the BBA admissions process to ensure the applicants can participate from the safety of their homes without taking risk.
The Admissions process is simplified and the selection will be based on Online Personal Interview. There is no TEST / EXAM. The steps to follow to take admissions are given at the bottom.
BBA Merit Scholarships
We have created merit scholarships, which reduces the academic fees substantially. The various categories of the scholarships and the Academic Fees payable are given below. Scholarships will be awarded based on academic excellence and performance in personal interview. Co-curricular and extra-curricular achievements at the state and above levels will also be given consideration. Only selected candidates will be considered for scholarships.

BBA Admissions Process
- Register online to apply – Click here
- You will get login id and password in registered email and mobile number
- Log in, change the password and fill in all the required details and upload scanned copies of 10th and 12th Std. Mark sheets. Submit the form. Make a payment of Rs.950 for application fees
- Eligible candidates will be informed about the interview by email.
- To participate in the interview, make online payment of Rs.10,000 (refundable if not selected)
- Provide email id, WhatsApp and mobile number, and scanned copy of AADHAR card or school ID for use during the interview through Google form
- Attend the interview
- Selected candidates will be informed by the evening of the same day
- Provisional admission letter and declaration form will be sent by email to the selected candidates
- Confirm acceptance of admission by sending signed and scanned copies of provisional admission letter and declaration form by email
- Pay the full academic fees within the specified date. If hostel accommodation is required, apply and make an online payment for Hostel+Mess fees
- Students who are awarded scholarships, will be intimated by email and they will have to pay ONLY the applicable fees

International Admissions
VIT-AP Schools of business (VSB) invites applications for its BBA program from International candidates. NRI and Foreign candidates: Candidates should fulfil the following minimum eligibility criteria to seek admission under NRI/FOREIGN category. Interested candidates write a mail to bba.admission@vitap.ac.in or call 08632370444.
NRI Eligibility
- English as one the subjects in the qualifying Examination
- For admission to BBA courses, candidates should have completed 12 years of schooling (equivalent to the 10+2 system of Indian Education ) in any stream.
- Minimum average of 60% marks in 10th and 12th standards respectively or equivalent grades.
- Candidates whose date of birth falls on or after 1st July 2000 are eligible to apply.
- For candidates having NRI status, the Sponsorship should be given only by the parent (either father or mother ONLY ) living abroad ( Sponsorship by a relative/friend is not acceptable).
- NRI candidates should produce Employer Certificate of the sponsor either Father or Mother
- A valid passport and Visa copies
- NRI applicants for 2+2 options should fulfill eligibility criteria of the partner universities at the time of admission in VIT-AP and subsequently while applying to the partner universities.
FOREIGN Candidates
- English should have been studied in the higher secondary level or the candidate should have studied in an English medium school.
- Minimum 60% aggregate marks in 10th and 12th respectively (usually it is “C” grade) in standard XII or its equivalent. For candidates from Nepal, minimum of 60% aggregate marks Class 11 and Class 12 put-together is mandatory.
- For grade points, equivalency marks card attained from the school is to be produced.
- Candidate must present proof of foreign nationality,i.e., Valid Passport or National ID.
- Foreign applicants for 2+2 options should fulfil eligibility criteria of the partner universities at the time of admission in VIT-AP and subsequently while applying to the partner universities.

About the Programme
VIT-AP School of Business (VSB) builds on VIT’s long history of excellence in technical education with liberal arts and humanities, topped with best of the management courses, to offer a world class BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) programme.
VIT-AP University is a part of Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), which is India’s number one private engineering institution and designated as Institution of Eminence by the Govt. of India. Scholarships

VIT-AP University‘s Merit Scholarships for UG (B.Sc., BBA, Law, B.Com, and B.A.) Programmes
- GV Merit Scholarship:
Any board topper across the country will get 100% scholarship for all the years of the UG degree programmes.
- Tmt.Rajeswari Ammal Merit Scholarship:
Any district topper across the country will get 50% scholarship for all the years of the UG degree programmes. If the district topper is a girl, she will get an additional 25% scholarship (making it 75% scholarship).
- Note:
This scholarship is applicable to BBA, Law, B.Com, B.Sc. and BA degree programme admissions at VIT-AP University from AY- 2021.

Being a part of VSB, VIT-AP gave a remarkable experience. Doing my Bachelors of Business Administration here was challenging yet very interesting. I feel very honoured and confident because of the learnings I derived from this course. Throughout these years, VSB provided me with enough opportunities to improve as a professional, through guidance and insights from the professors. When a course like BBA is chosen, having hands-on knowledge of various business developments is equally important. The faculty at VSB encouraged me to think and broaden my horizon through various in-class activities and presentations. VSB has provided me many opportunities to discover myself and enhance the skills that I possess. Apart from the variety of subjects offered, student-teacher interaction, classroom discussions, workshops, and fieldwork make VSB a business school like no other. VSB has taught me to evolve as a management professional and make the best out of every opportunity in life. One such opportunity is TEDxVITAP. Organizing the events and interacting with a variety of renowned personalities helped me excel in many aspects. It gave me the confidence to keep going and growing. The classroom environment is great and enhances the process of learning. It helped me deal with different opinions, behaviour, preferences and most importantly, prepared me for the challenges in the business world. The exposure at VSB and the guidance of the professors at every step are something that I would ever be grateful for. It has helped me in getting offers from some of the prestigious universities in the UK such as University of Leeds, Aston University, Lancaster University, Cranfield University and Loughborough University.

I joined VIT-AP School of Business (VSB) during the COVID-19 pandemic. I was not used to having virtual classrooms. VSB made online learning easy interesting and effective. The courses are helping me to approach life with a mindset that is expandable and adaptable. I am sure the program will help me become a competent business graduate with a deep understanding and empathy for the people around.

My first year journey at VSB has been a great experience so far. The course is unique and exciting. The discussion based teaching has helped me improve my analytical and debating skills. Even during the pandemic, VSB has provided best opportunities to learn through online mode.
