Mr Sai Kiran Nerella obtained a Master of Commerce from Nagarjuna University and CA (Final) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), with nearly 23 years of experience in the fields of Auditing, Finance, and Accounts and served in various capacities in the corporate sector. During Feb 2007 – Jul 2009 worked as Compliance Manager in Spandana Spoorty Financial Ltd, Limited, the second largest Micro Financial Institution in India, itself as a self-sustainable Micro Finance Institution(MFI). During Aug-2009 To Nov-17 worked as Senior Manager in Vijay Nirman Company Pvt Ltd, leading player in the infrastructure industry having 1000 Cr turnover. Later Joined and serving in VIT-AP University from Nov 2017 in various capacities.

B Nagarjuna is a Post Graduate in Agriculture/ Horticulture. Had a good stint with National Geo-Physical Research Institute & Allahabad Bank and served for about 35 years with Indian Bank.
Developed interest in Technology and associated for a decade with Information Technology of the Bank. Actively participated in Business Process Re-Engineering for the Bank while implementing Core Banking across the Bank. Utilizing the Core Banking started new initiatives of Centralization of various Processes.
Extensively worked in different Geo-graphical locations Rural, Semi-urban, Urban & Metro areas. Administratively worked at Vijayawada, Mumbai, Piloted the Branches, Zones Vellore, Amaravati with the responsibility of Chairman Lead Bank and member of State Level Banker Committee. Steered various departments at Corporate Office viz Organization & methods and as General Manager & Head of Information Technology Department, KYC / Anti Money Laundering, Fraud Risk Management, Information System Audit, Inspection, Audit & Management Audit.
Liaison executive with the Reserve Bank of India. Presented to the Board of Directors on Improvements in Information Technology, various aspects regarding to Risk Based Supervision. Guided the Sapthagiri Grameen Bank as Director on Bard & Chairman of the Audit Committee. Played vital role in Amalgamation of Allahabad Bank with Indian Bank in synchronizing the systems & procedures.
Associated with VIT, Vellore in Technology Business Initiatives from 2014-17, Member of Finance committee & Director VITAP TBI Foundation.
