‘Desa Bhashalandu Telugu Lessa [Of all the languages of the country, Telugu is the best]’ – Vinukonda Vallabharayudu.

CHAITRA Club is one such association which help you to improve the knowledge and to know more about Telugu literature and culture.

‘CHAITRA’ means Vasantham. The main purpose of CHAITRA association is to be alive and active by organizing events to engage the students in a happy and glorious way with fun-filled moments.

Objectives

• • To promote Telugu literature and the importance of Telugu Sanskrithi among all students, teachers and staff at the university.
• • To provide a platform to Telugu students to showcase their literary skills and to improve their traditional values.
• • To organise programs, Telugu cultural events on the occasion of National and International Telugu Association Days, and to celebrate the Telugu festivals in a glorious way.

Expected Outcomes

• • To experience the rich culture and heritage of Telugu nativity.
• • Students are motivated to gain an insight into Telugu literature & History and to guide other students who are interested in the same.
• • Expertise in Telugu literary activities like Poetry, Script writing, Story writing etc., and can able to promote Telugu language.
