Duration and stipend:
Ph.D. degree in law is a full time three years Programme. Selected candidates for Ph.D. programme will get monthly stipend.
Eligibility:
Candidates who have obtained a Master’s degree in law from ay recognized university or Autonomous institution securing not less than 55% marks are eligible to apply.
Procedure for admission:
In order to obtain admission, candidates have to appear for VIT Research Admission Test. Later they have to attend for the interview.
Applicants who have cleared UGC-NET (including JRF) are exempted from writing the entrance exam. However, they have to defend their research proposal in the interview.
Ph.D. admission will take place twice a year. January Cycle as well as June Cycle.
