Dr. Navaneethakrishnan K did his under graduation in English Literature at Kongu Arts and Science College, Erode affiliated with Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. He has secured the university Gold medal in his under graduation. He pursued his Master’s in Business Administration and completed his Ph.D. from VIT Business School, Vellore. He has qualified for UGC NET in Management and Human Resources. He has more than five years of teaching and research experience.

His thesis dissertation is on Brand love and his areas of research interest include brand relationship, brand personality, and, consumer behaviour. His area of teaching interest includes Brand Management, Marketing Management, Consumer Behavior, and Organization Communication. He has published papers in peer-reviewed journals, case studies, and book chapters. He has presented papers at several national and international conferences and attended and organized seminars and workshops. He has attended a seminar on “Teaching with Cases” jointly organized by the Indian Institute of Management – Ahmedabad and Harvard Business Publishing which he calls an eye-opener for engaging students and holding their attention.

He says that his passion for teaching stems from his love for learning. He firmly believes that teaching involves learning from the students and it is a mutual process. He aspires and is striving with fruitful results towards transforming his classes into experiential learning forums that enable inclusive education.
