Project: RFID system for finding books

Guide: Mr. Jagadish Mudiganti

This project proposes an RFID system for finding books. The built RFID reader was made from off-the-shelf components and was seen to operate reliably and appropriately in different circumstances. It is a robust and easily tuneable passive UHF RFID tag which is designed to operate within books. The main benefit of RFID technology is that it relies on the ability to track items in the inventory rapidly without the requirement of line of sight to the target.

Project: Object and Face Recognition Using Machine Learning

Guide: Dr. Soubhagya B

Computer vision is one such field that packs in a wide array of real-world applications. This project consists primarily of two parts, one being object detection and the other being face recognition. The project achieved its own objective with cutting edge machine learning classifiers, algorithms and processing power of Raspberry pi. Object detection identifies 83 objects from the coco data set and the face recognition can be trained on any face of our choice. There can be a few more changes made to algorithm of classifier to make the predictions more accurate, maintaining the accuracy and reducing the time to train in facial recognition.

Project: IOT BASED INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION

Guide: Dr. Soubhagya B

The scope of the project is to automate the miniature scale industry so that this can be coverted to a larger scale on successful completion of the process. It uses Internet of Things(IOT) to create connection between industries and as a result create a hierarchy which will enable to give better quality and quantity check so as to enable the auditing to be an easier process
