Own Your English is an initiative taken up by the Department of Languages to raise awareness of the common errors in languages and to enrich vocabulary of the students and any on-lookers. The digital content will be displayed on every Wednesday on the screens on campus. The digital content that is displayed on the screens invite attention of the students, staff and faculty members and they tend to internalize the correct linguistic form without explicit teaching. This initiative has been well received by the students. From Fall 2019-2020 semester onwards, Dr. Karthika V.K. and Dr. R. Thahiya Afzal has been consolidating the content with digital designing support from a B.Tech. student Glen Paulson.
