Organizational behavior, Lean Management, and Sustainability Development Goals.  

Dr. R. Seethalakshmi completed her doctorate in the year 2012 under Bharathidasan university. Her thesis titled “Human Resource Management Practices in Specialized Hospitals: A study on Competencies of HR Professionals at Tiruchirappalli Corporation”. She has completed the Executive Education Program on HR Analytics from IIM Rohtak. She has 12 years of teaching experience and 3 years of research experience in the field of Human Resource Management. During her academic career, she has published 15papers in national and international journals constitute of Scopus indexed, B Category (In press), UGC listed journals and other peer-reviewed journals. She has also presented papers in national and international conference. She is a recipient of Best Paper Award in the international conference on “Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Sustainable Value Chain in a Challenging Environment” held at Malaysia organized by Primax foundation during the year 2017. she was the peer – reviewer of various journals.
