VIT-AP University Signs MoU with Silan Software Pvt. Ltd. to Strengthen Industry-Academia Collaboration

VIT-AP University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Silan Software Pvt. Ltd. on March 19, 2025, to enhance industry-academia collaboration. The MoU was signed in Presence of Dr. S. V. Kota Reddy, Vice Chancellor, VIT-AP University, Dr. Ameet Chavan, Director of IIEC, VIT-AP, Dr. Umakanta Nanda, Dean of the School of Electronics Engineering (SENSE), VIT-AP, and Mr. Trilochan Tarai, Founder & Director of Silan Software Pvt. Ltd.

This partnership aims to provide students with hands-on training, industry exposure, internships, and research opportunities in software development and emerging technologies. By fostering close collaboration with industry experts, the MoU will help bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements, preparing students for real-world challenges in the tech sector.

The event was coordinated by Dr. Sambhudutta Nanda, marking a significant step toward strengthening industry-driven learning at VIT-AP University.
